Software Engineer
Base: Seremban
Responsibilities
- Configure and prepare software according to specification/requirement.
- Assist software development for new modules/projects.
- Software maintenance.
- Software version management.
- New software commissioning.
- 1st level technical support.
- Provide training to end users.
- Write/revise software user manual.
Requirements
- Degree holder.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Fundamental programming knowledge, preferably in preferably in Visual Basic 6/.Net and Visual C/C++.
- Fundamental understanding in Electrical/electronic circuit, Digital logic, I/O interface, Micro-controller and Automation systems.

Customer Support Engineer
Base: Seremban, KL, Ipoh & Penang
Responsibilities
- Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
- Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
- Regular follow up with end user until machine and kit is bought-off.
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
- Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
- Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to JIRA for continuous improvement. (JIRA is a tracking, and project management system)
- Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry.
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills.
- Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.
- Willing to work overtime and travel when required.
Software Manager
Base: Seremban
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules of software department.
- Manage resources of software department.
- Drive software development for new features and products.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement.
- Control the release of new software using Git.
- Resolve technical difficulties encountered by
software department staff. - Organize training for software department staff.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder.
- 8 years and above working experience in related industry.

- Advance programming knowledge, preferably in C/C++ and C#.

Mechanical Design Engineer
Base: Seremban
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and interact with customers in new product trials.
- Study and prepare new designs when requested by the superior.
- Do Engineering presentation.
- Support sales, purchasing and planner team for technical discussion with suppliers.
- Provide technical and engineering support from day to day.
- Support production for machine assembly and fine-tuning.
- Prepare BOM and update when required.
- Implement Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
- Assist in the preparation of Design of Experiment (DOE) for new designs.
- Collect data and assist in the performance evaluation of new design.
- Create work instruction and checklist for standardized new design.
- Work on the ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- Capability to drive internal team and suppliers to ensure projects are managed within time, budget and scope of the project.
- Only for Malaysian.
- Experienced in production ramp launch.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Required language(s): Malay, Mandarin & English communication (Both Spoken & Written). Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Hardware Engineer
Base: Seremban
Responsibilities
- Configure and prepare standard/non-standard electrical drawing & I/O list according to specification/requirement.
- R&D new feature to enhance and improve product performance.
- Analyse design requirement, examine & evaluate performance to achieve desired manner.
- Provide hardware relevant support & training to production, customer service and end user.
- Electrical drawing, I/O list, motor parameter maintenance & version management.
- Manage customer and FSE request/return part.
- Machine BOM management.
- Assist standard machine sales & conversion kit enquiry.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 2-4 years working experience in related industry.
- Fresh graduate with initiative & proactive attitude is encourage to apply.

- Good programming knowledge, preferably in PLC.

Finance Executive
Base: Seremban
Responsibilities
- Able to handle full set accounts including AR and/or AP functions, monitor outstanding collections, liaising with customers/vendors to resolve any issues.
- Adequate understanding of e-invoicing to perform and check e-invoices submissions.
- Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Prepare monthly reports and listings as well as intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing, providing required documents and addressing any audit, tax or authorities’ inquiries.
- Participate and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and familiar with ERP system.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Purchasing Planning Executive

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Engineering, Project Coordinator, QA, and Production—to align project timelines.
- Ensure accuracy of demand and Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scheduled timelines.
- Monitor material availability to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of planning activities.
- Participate in improvement initiatives within the department.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements
