Requirement:

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out daily sales administration function such as correspondence with customer.
  • Reply letter, fax and email upon receiving from customer inquiry.
  • To carry out any relevant duties that assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • To execute sales order processing and co-ordinate with departmental for customer shipment.
  • To prepare the paper work to relevant department after received the PO/ Contract.
  • To monitor Sales Delivery Schedule and ensure that to meet the customer’s required shipment date.
  • To follow up with Planner and Shipping Department and ensure requisition the sales orders are in progress.
  • To ensure requested spare parts are properly dispatched to customer.

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sale team for the production forecast or order and prepares the production plan for operation by week and month requirements.
  • Ensure the demand and BOM in EPR system is accurate.
  • Consistently monitor and push for parts delivery to ensure the parts are received on time by working closely with engineering, purchasing and production team.
  • Monitor the progress of all production run to meet the delivery schedule.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient workflow in planning activities.
  • Carry out any duties as deemed necessary by the manager at company.
  • Participate any improvement activities in the section.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures by examining drawings and specifications.
  • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
